- From the date of receipt of the product, except for the scooter (6-month warranty) and the line laser (2-year warranty), which have different warranty periods, all other products offer a free first-year warranty upon receipt of the goods on the official website.
- On the pages of some high-priced products, Xcotton (in partnership with AIG) also offers extended warranty options to cover damage caused by accidents during use. Customers can purchase this insurance as needed.
- For products purchased through offline channels, this warranty only provides one replacement service for the same model and does not cover discontinued or out-of-stock products.
