What kind of scenario is it suitable for?

The Textra 11 APEX is perfect for those unexpected little messes — indoors or out. It handles spills like wine, milk, tomato sauce, or dog paw prints on carpets, rugs, upholstery, car interiors, and more. For stubborn stains? Maybe not the best fit.

How long does the battery last on different suction modes?

On a full charge, you get about 26 minutes on high mode and 50 minutes on low mode. Just remember to fully charge the battery before first use or after long storage — it keeps things working smoothly.

Does the package include a power adapter?

The box includes a Type‑C to Type‑C cable, but no adapter. The cleaner needs 5V 3A input, so a 30W or higher adapter works best. A lower‑power one will still charge — just a little slower.

What is the automatic water recycling technology?

It prevents water from leaking out the bottom while you clean. The filter sends most of the wastewater back into the tank, so the floor stays drier. Nice and simple.

What formula or cleaning solution can be used with this machine?

Please use dedicated carpet cleaner solution only. Do not apply any corrosive liquids, as they will cause damage to the unit.
